Tandoori Dishes

Classical Indian Tandoori dishes prepared with yoghurt and lemon juice laced with pureed green chili, ginger garlic and various ground seed spices and marinated to allow the flavors to saturate the meats. The final touch is to cook the dish on skewers in the traditional clay oven over charcoal co give unique flavour. All dishes are served with accompaniments of rice, fresh salad and homemade special sauce.
